can i get married without taking Divorce?

i am a married man. i do not stay with my wife. i want to get married again. can i get married without giving her a Divorce?
Unless you are Muslim by religion, it is illegal to get married while your marriage already subsists. You can get your subsisting marriage dissolved by a decree of divorce and then get married otherwise it can be termed as bigamy and the punishment for this offence may extend upto 7 years of imprisonment.
