Can i get married for third time if second marriage is not registered

I got married second time during the pendency of first marriage. The second lady filed complaint against me saying that i hide the fact of first marriage. Now the first marriage decree is in hand. As the second was performed during the pendency of first, how to deal with this situation. Can i enter into the third marriage based on first marriage legal decree?? The second marriage is as such not registered and has no legal sanctity. Please advice.
What is the status of complaint filed by second wife against you. Is your second marriage registered and do your second wife have any documentary proof or photography of your marriage with her as to prove her marriage with you. Plse clear me these points..

As you mentioned that you have got decree of divorce of your first marriage. And your second marriage is void by law because second marriage was performed during the pendency of first. You can go for third marriage. But u need to deal with the complaint filed by second wife, try to make settlement with second wife. Thanks.

Yes you can perform the second marriage as you have divorce decree of your first marriage and your second marriage is void ab initio. But you have to defend your second wife in her complaint which she file in respective court.
