Can I get divorced before the completion 1 year of marriage?

No, there is no such provision for prematured divorce within a year. As per recent ruling of Supreme Court in one case, one can apply for divorce within a year provided that u have to prove that ur leaving the country and not coming back within a statutory period of 6 months specified for mutual divorce. Except this there is no specific provision.

Then you can apply for mutual divorce, within 1 year is court discretion, try you referencing supreme court direction, and Consult more for advice and filing appropriate suit. As per the law is 1 year mandatory, but it is ultravirus. Consult more.

Getting Divorce by filing Mutual Consent Petition, but the waiting period will be fixed for 6 months, if you wish to seek a waiver of this waiting period of 6 months , then u should approach Supreme Court with a valid reason.
