HI,
Mu husband has an affair going on. he has sent me out from his home and his mistress is now staying with him. He warned me to never come back again. How do I go about it?

File domestic violence case against your husband and also file restitution of conjugal rights, further take protection orders under domestic violence act and see that you reside in your husbands house safely and mistress leaves the house as she has no right to reside there. Further if he is also not providing maintenance then claim that too.

there are so many laws made for the women and their welfare and rights , its better you come and approach in person as, these matters are very personal and hence giving a suggestion online is not only useful , if he has married then you have so many recourse but you have to prove that he is in affair or illicit relationship , and it can be handled very cautiously to get your rights .
