Can i file for mutual divorce without living apart for 1 year

12-Oct-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Hi, We got married on june 4, 2015. But within a year, we seem to have grown apart and want to separate. This is also due to physical disability, which both of us have. This is one of the major reasons because we are not able to take care of each other. Is it possible to get mutual consent divorce although we haven't really lived a year apart ?
