Can I file for divorce on the ground of denial of sex from my wife?

28-Dec-2023 (In Divorce Law)

I got married 4 months back. But my wife is not matured enough to handle the family. She doesn't take any decisions independently and always relies on her parents for advice. When we question her attitude she goes to her parents house and comes back after a week, with her parents putting blame on us saying we do not take care of her. Now they are threatening to file police complaint and proceed legally. Kindly suggest what steps should i take if i want to file divorce based on denial of sex due to immature attitude

Dear sir, sure you can file a case for divorce on the ground that denial of sex, sex is the part of married life, denial of sex is nothing but cruelty, therefore you can file for divorce before competent court.
