Can I file for divorce on the basis of sexual weakness of the husband

I am a Hindu lady.meri shadi ko 14 saal ho gye hain .Ek beta bhi hai but mere pati shuru se hi sexually bahut weak hain mujhe aaj tak shadishu hone ka ahsas nhi Karwa sake.upr se apni hr zid Puri krne k liye majboor krte hain .mna krne pr gandi gandi galiyan dete taane marte hain.even bache pr kya asar padhega ye bhi nhi sochte.haath uthane se bhi nhi chukte kya mujhe us admi se talak mil sakta hai?

Yes, you can file a case for divorce on the ground of impotency. As your husband is unable to fulfil your sexual needs, therefore you can file a case for divorce under Hindu Marriage Act. Dear querist , Divorce on ground of sexual weakness is not possible as it can be cured however impotency or any un treatable disease is good ground for divorce. However whatever taunting or domestic voilence and cruelity he is doing you can get divorce on that ground . but contested divorce can take few years . however you have other remdies also like 125 crpc for maintenace from husband, domestic voilence for protection and many others.
