Can I file for divorce if my marriage has not been registered?

Hi I want to know that my marriage ragester not dine by me.. and i want to leave my marriage because of problame with my wife.. so it's necessary to divorce.. Without ragester????
Yes you can file case for divorce since in india 90/ of marriage is not registered so u have to approach any advocate to file case for divorce at jurisdiction court so take appropriate case and get divorce

Yes you can , registration is not mandatory how ever it is when it is inter religion marriage done in the jurisdiction of India. And live in relationship is legal in India now. So you can go for divorce
