Can i file for divorce if husband is abusive and not earning

My husband is an alcoholic beats me up its been 22 years of our marriage and he is not working i earn for me n my daughter n he sits at home n then drinks n tortures what should i do me n my daughter both fed up he harasses us both beats

Dear client first file police complaint against him for phydical harassmentwith women cell of police. Then file domestic violence case for mental harassment. Then file divorce on the ground of cruelty. For any legal help call me

yes of course u can file divorce petition .
but u show that ur residing separately near about 1yrs. of ur husband I.e. physically and mentally.
1st u separate ur husband then file divorce.
in case ur husband is ready for divorce then u have file mutual divorce before court.
