Hi i want to knw can i get divorce if me n husbnd both dnt had physical realtionship as he ix impotent. did he will give me our dowry back ? or my marrige expenses or not ?
Hi, if your husband is impotent(needs to be proven medically by doctors), then you are eligible for annulling your marriage and can claim your dowry back. Also you can claim marriage expenses and other costs too.
