10-Oct-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I am hindu married for nearly three years we have a son who was born nearly 8 months later we marry. Now my concern is if i proof that child is not my biological son with dna testing will it be possible to get divorce under adultery. Whether this dna testing is acceptable evidence in court And in this case whether my wife is stil eligible for the alimony from me.

Adultery is one of ground where divorce is granted. If wife found guilty of adultery with valid proof then she is not entitled to get any kind of maintenance. Adultery can be proved by DNA testing also.
