Can i file complaint against my in laws for mental harrasment

I am going through extreme levels of mental distress because of my husband's alcoholism and my in-laws ill behavior. I am alone in this city. I feel vulnerable and cannot prove any allegations against them since my husband and my in-laws are all one against me. I wish to know if I can file a complaint in the local police station as a precautionary measure with the police official initiating interrogations only if I allow.
