Can I deny DNA test of my daughter if asked by my husband ?

my husband filed the petition for divorce under cruelty but he taken back his case and compromised with me last year because the home where we were living is in joint. when he come to know during the legal proceeding that he has to gve the home and maintenance for daughter as well as any other property. now, he is doing all his misbehave with me and my daughter. and allegation on me that i am characterless and she is not my daughter, if he again go to court and asked for DNA test and if i deny for the same then what happens?
Once already there was a litigation & that he has not taken this plea then why you think he will do now secondly why you want to refuse that test.
