Can i claim maintenance while my husband has filed for divorce?

My husband has filed a divorce.i am in my in-laws ancestor house along with my husband living separtely with my husband in the same house.Iam looking after my kids.can I claim for maintanence from my earning husband.i dont want to give divorce.
Yes, you can file an application under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act and claim maintenance for yourself and the children during the pendency of the divorce Petition filed by your husband.
