Can i ask for maintenance if already a compromise was made earlier

01-Dec-2023 (In Divorce Law)
In 2000 a petition for divorce was filed in Family Court. The Judge sent the issue to Lok Adalat for a compromise settlement with the view that if compromise failed then he would proceed with the petition. In Lok Adalat it was settled by an order "...under Special Marriage Act, it is agreed by both the parties that he would get s decree of divorce upon payment Rs. 2,50,000 at a time to the wife and upon such payment being made the wife agrees to give consent to the dissolution of marriage. It is needless to mention that upon such payment being made and the decree of dissolution of marriage being effective, the husband will have no further liability towards payment of monthly maintenance." Payment was made, accordingly Family Court ordered:"....The marriage solemnized.....stands dissolved with effect form this date in terms of the joint petition of compromise filed this day which do form part of the decree." My question: Can the divorced wife ask for maintenance now ?
