Hi, im from tamil nadu but im working in bamgalore. Can i apply divorce in bangalore and proceed it? Im staying in bangalore for past one year
If u r the wife a divorce petition can be filed in the place where you are residing but if you are the husband he can file where wife is residing or where marriage has taken place or where both last resided together, wife has additional option of filing divorce petition where she resides.
