Can i annul my marriage on the bases of Force and Fraud?

i got married 6 months back. my father forced me to marry on the verge that if i dont marry this boy he will commit suicide. i had to marry him. later i got to know that he is physically handicapped. from that day i have never stayed with him. what should i do now.
Annulment means marriage never solmenised in the eyes of law. In your case if there is no physical relationship after marriage only in that eventuality u can ask for the annulment. Or else u will have to file a divorce petition.
Second thing it not the boy who played the fraud upon you it is your father who had unduly influnced you. So u cannot say that there is any fraud from your husbands side.
One more thing....seeking annulment of marriage in the above said situation is very very difficult to prove. So i adivse you to exhaust option of divorce instead of annulment

It is upto you first of all you have to decide whether you want to continue the relationship or you want to break it up. The factum of forced marriage against your own father is difficult to be proved. Better go for Decree for judicial sepration under hindu marriage act and then after the expiration of statutory period (one year) you can go for divorce.
