can husband claim maintenance from wife if she is not giving divorce

wife had affair before marriage i got her photos with that person and i asked her about affair before marriage but she dennied and i have proofs of all that. i want her to divorce but is not willing to have because my father passed away and now she want to get my property and we dont have child and can i also claim for maintainence as she is working and i m jobless.she just complained a false dowery complain at women cell.

If your wife is still in relationship with that person you can file case against that person for adultery in court. If you are unemployed you need to prove in court that you have been unemployed for long and you have no source of income for your survival. In that case court can grant you maintenance from your wife. On the same ground your can also be denied maintenance as she is capable enough to earn herself.
Regarding complained in women cell, appear in person before the office and file your reply in writing that no atrocities have been done by you on your wife. Alternatively you can also file complaint with local police station against your wife's activity and motive. This complaint will help you in future in all the cases.
