Can divorce notice be sent through email

According to Hindu marriage Can I send d notice of divorce on her email id? What if I don't receive any reply from her after sending mail. Is this valid??
In the case of divorce it is not mandatory that the legal notice must be sent before filling f the divorce petition.
Let it be if you have send it through email. File the divorce petition within the embit so specified in HMA

Yes! you can send divorce notice through email, if the Respondent staying out of country or state. But there is certain process which you have to go through with; after that when court will grant permission to send summons through an email. the administrative dept. of the court send summons to the Respondent from their email ID.
