Can divorce be granted without giving maintenance to wife

If one men his facing problem from his wife's means can he get devorce without give any compensation to his wife & daughter

In India it's a difficult things to do unless husband is physically not well and healthy for any work , or wife herself declare that she do not want maintenance or wife found in adultery case or else every one has to pay no matter what but if fought well legally them amount can be very less and it's would be difficult for wife to proof... In the case of divorce by mutual consent it totally depends upon the couple whether to give or take compensation. However, in the case of the wife not working compensation should be given and for the child compensation it should be given becoz it is the moral responsibility of the father or atleast take care of child's education until thier college days. Even in the case of divorce on the grounds of cruelty the same law is applicable.
