Can Divorce be filed on the ground of Adultery before 1 year?

I have one most important question is that if my spouse is having illicit relationship with other person after marriage..can I file divorce case before the completion of one year..I am having sufficient proof against her to proof as adultery wife..please help..if I can not.file within one year..what is the other remedy available for me...bcoze I can not live with her now
You can file divorce case on grounds of adultery and cruelty by your wife. if you have sufficient proof, go and file the case.
you wife will certainly counter attack you with domestic violence/maintenance/dowry/criminal complaint etc. but you need not to worry.

Yes sir. As per sec 13 of Bindu Marriage Act u you can file divorce before completion of one year of married life. But in this way , you must have proper evidences on whom court can rely.
