Dependents on the circumstances. She will have a right on the intestate property (not self acquired) of her husband, only on the death of the husband. However, so long as the husband is alive, she has no claim.

A widow daughter-in-law is entitled to the share of her husband in the matrimonial house. she is first legal heir of her husbands share in the said family. She can sue her father in law and brother in law for for maintenance on the share of her husbands property.

Hi
Legally Daughter in law can file a suit for maintenance against her husband if the husband has died or is not capable of paying the maintenance then she can file a maintenance case against the father in law. If they are poor for maintenance it is better not to go for maintenance as the legal costs for lawyers are quite high.
