Dear Querist,

Usually petition for Annulment of marriage has to be filed within one year of marriage. Annulments are rarely granted and mostly in case of bigamy or when either of the couple is below the legal age, insanity. Though rare it is possible to file for annulment on the basis of fraud coupled with non consummation of marriage provided your case substantiates both these causes.
Alternatively You may consider dissolution of marriage by filing for divorce on the basis of cruelty, non consummation of marriage or your husbands relative impotency towards you.

Yes Social Media data is admissible in evidence but you would need from cyber law perspective in order to increase the chances for such to be admissible in evidence.

they can act as an evidence provided you need to support them with further details. It wont be a final evidence but can definitely at act as supporting evidence. Hence you can file annulment of divorce on the said grounds

If you want divorce from him you can apply for divorce on that basis. You need to have medical certificate and if you have not that you can ask by court to do medical examination. If both of you don't want to stay with each other, both of you can file divorce with mutual consent. You will able to get divorce in six months.
