Can a person file for divorce before completion one year of marriage

I can file divorce one year before, because my marriage was date 28 feb 2017 or will have to wait for completion of one year.
You will have to wait atleast six months in order to apply for divorce in the family court. However, section 14 of HMA provides that no divorce petition should be filed before completion of one year after marriage was solemnized except wjen the condition is such that it is impossible for the husband and wife to live together theb the petition can be filed before the completion of one year after marriage.

Section 14 of the Hindu Marriage Act prohibits the filing of a dicorve Petition within one year of the marriage but there's a provision to that , an application can be made to the concerned high Court to file the said application you'll have to prima facie show exceptional hardship nd depriviation
