Can a person be compelled to come back to India if a case is filed

I am working in the private sector. I am having some trouble in my married life and i have completed 12 years of marriage and i also have one small child of 7 years. My company is offering me an offshore job abroad for two years. I have apprehensions that if i go and take this opportunity then my wife may file a few fake cases against me. is there any way i can take any precautionary measures?
Do not let your wife know your foreign address ? So she will not be able to track you and your extradition will not be possible in such a case. Even otherwise extradition is done in some serious offences and yours is not in that category.

Please share details of whether you are living together or have separated, is your child with you or the mother. Do you propose to take your child with you etc.Your further course of action would depend upon these facts and also other circumstances of the marital discord. You may file an FIR however again that would depend upon the facts and circumstances of your case.
