Can a divorcee again get married without knowledge of ex husband

suppose I'm Hindu women m first husband has given divorced and daughter custody case is going on, WD out knowledge of first man I'm married to sec person it is legal.
Dear client if divorce is granted by court then u no need to inform about yr second maariage to ex husband. If yr ex husband brought this fact in court that u r remarried in custody case then it will effect on yr custody case. For any legal help call me

it is not legal as per provision of Hindu Marriage Act.
1st u have divorce
thereafter u engage in another one and marry him.
in case u r marry without 1st marriage is not dissolved. then ur 2nd marriage is not valid means illegal.

Once the divorce is legally granted you can marry anyone. There is no obligation on you to inform about your second marriage to your ex-husband, even though the custody battle is going on.
(just on passing the divorce decree you have wait for 2 months, before remarrying)
Just be careful that the husband doesn't twist the facts about your remarriage in the custody case.
