Go on 27 dont fear, dont admit any false alegations , you can give them in writing you want to save your marriages provided your wife cooperates in the same , deny false alegations in writing mark a CC of the copy for record to be kept with you , you can use it either in court. Dont react to false elegations deny them and be ready to bring wife back , later you can proceed through court as well.

The women Cell procedure goes like as follows :-
1.
Go there without fear and ask them the copy of the complaint, give it in
writing. They will ask you to give something in writing. In your statement
mention that you may kindly be given the copy of complaint so that you can
properly give your submission. Never admit any allegation of wife.
Ask IO to give receipt of your statement if refuses show him the RTI in
which they accepted that they give receiving of statement if someone asks.
If he refuses to give the copy of complaint, then mention in your statement
that IO has refuesed to provide copy of complaint.
Don’t forget to write in your statement that you are ready for any kind of
counselling to save your marriage. Mention in your each statement that wife
is not ready (if she is no willing) you don’t want to break your marriage.
2.
Your wife will say blah blah blah ………… (Remember everything is
getting recorded and is being monitorere in CAW in Camera and Mic)
3.
After 2 sitting they will ask wife to bring list of articles that are in
the custoday of husband.
Before accepting check that it should be properly addressed to like Joint.
C.P. CAW Cell or IO CAW Cell and should be properly signed by wife along
with name and address. If not aske her to do the same before accepting.
Accept it if ok. Don’t argue. Just tell or give in writing that you will
submit your reply in next date.
4.
In next date submit your admit list mentionoing that you are willing to
return the items provided she can produced the bills to your satisfaction.
(mention in your statement). (Later go for sale tax deptt. for verfication
of bills or to shop keeper.)
You will be given next date. Or you can ask them that you will deposite the
stridhan through court only. This will be helpful to you in getting your AB.
5.
Each time mention that you have been not provided copy of complaint . (Even
if you get chance to read the complaint.) Sometimes they let you read the
complaint. request them to note down if possible.
6.
If they ask to present before ACP. Means its time for FIR.
Normall it takes 3 months . They can registere FIR now.
