Your brother can file a divorce petition before the family court. He has to prove some valid ground for divorce. If his wife is ready to divorce him, both can jointly approach the court and if she denies than your brother has to show some extraordinary hardship which he is facing in the said relationship. He cannot take the plea that he wants to marry someone else. As per law he can't marry with another girl during the first marriage, so he can reside with that girl. Revert me for any other query.

Living Relationship has no legal place in the eye of law, however, in the light of few judgement of Supreme Court which could go against your brother.

Taking Divorce is easy on the basis of good facts to establish it.

Hi, these things are never permitted in law, rather it is a crime. Every thing will be discussed and you will come to know the consequences of doing the same. You wife may file various cases and you will be left with no escape.
