If you are under 18 approach the police , they will arrest him if 18 or above You can file police complaint against him but nobody including the Court can force him to marry you. It is advisable to forget this episode and move on in life.

Dear Sir,
With reference to your queries following are the suggestion:
1. Collect all evidence in respect of emails, text messages, whatsapp messages and/or having any recording audio tapes between you and the said boy.
2. File Police Complaint nearest to your police station and forward the copy to higher authorities to police department.
3. Police can register the FIR against the said boy and initiate criminal proceedings against him.
4. If in any case police refuse to register FIR, then you can file criminal case U/s 156 of Cr.PC before the Magistrate Court against the said boy.
