Girl is accusing that boy is having extramarital affairs and serious health problems and have many other accusations, but still ready to live with him. Boy, on the other hand is tired of all this and want to end relationship. Boy's family suspects that the girl could have some bad experience in the past, leading her to behave this way. In your question it is not clear that what you are looking for..Counselling is much effective if both of them are willing for that. Private counselling as well as the govt counselling centers are available. If the boy file a case before the family court against the wife, they will get the chance for counselling as well as the mediation.

Admittedly, the marital relationship is strained. However, there does not appear to be very little real cause other mutual suspicions, and opinions and resultant ego clause. Counselling would certainly help, but that also is prejudged. There are hardly any legal issues involved.

Section 89 of the Civil Procedure Code as well section 9 of the Family Court Act,1984 there is clear provision for settlement of the amicable dispute between the parties by way of conciliation through its own endeavour or by referring the parties to the conciliation and mediation. The Family Court is a specialist court that was set up to try to take this into account. The counselors are trained to be unbiased, also whatever you say in counseling is not admissible in any court as evidence. The first posting date or subsequent dates the court will order counsel ling.

No one can predict the future .Try for mediation or counselling
