Bhabhi used my name in a false complaint. What can we do to remove it?

I am a 29 year old married male. My bhabhi is very bad and she has made our family life(we are a family of four - me , my brother and our parents) hell. She has put a dowry and harassment case against my brother and parents. after lodging the case she is still living away from my brother (at my parents house) and harasses my parents everday by calling cops and falsely alleging that the in-laws are misbehaving with her. she also has approves rs. 12000 monthly payout from my brother from court. she has also used my name falsely by saying that i brought her from her home forcibly. pls help.
