Bhabhi filed false case against parents and brother. What to do now?

my brothers wife who file the case against my mother father and brother under the act section 12,18,19,20,21 and 23 by provided false info. We have not asked for the dowry instead we bore the half marriage expenses looking at my bhabhis condition but now my bhabhi demanding a lot asking my brother to look after my parents and she has cult mentality always think bad about my family. recently my uncle passed away and her family was celebrating it. What can my brother do in this situation?

Sir,
Firstly we have to see the petition which she has filed in court, n your reply after discussion. If we find fault in it we can either go in Appeal or can file separate proceedings after discussion. You have not specified allegations made. Whether she is reading with family or left. What was period of ill treatment etc has to be seen then we can proceed in matter either by filing appeal or other proceedings

You need to defend it very strongly. Bring all the necessary facts on record of the court through pleading and by way of evidence. See that it reflects in judgments that bhabhi has made false allegations and false case so that then you can sue her for malicious prosecution.

Your brother can file quashing application/petition before Hon'ble High court on the facts and merits. As per various judgement of various High Court, if any application filed on false basis or grounds, that application canbe quashed by High Court.
