Are call details of wife admissible in family Court in divorce case

Hello, my brother's devorce case is going in family Court in Bhopal. I want to know whether we can show call details of his wife in Court? Because I it can be proved that she had bulk of calling with her boyfriend.

Yes of course u should provide because it will prove her adultery.
Therefore, you should keep her call details and provide as evidence. But take care about the ground on which u have filed divorce application.

Yes you can present her call details in court to prove your point. If you have her detailed call details, you can submit the copy of her bill which shows her call details with some specific no and you also have to prove that he is her boyfriend.

Call records are admissible as evidence before the courts. Even any material which is not considered good evidence otherwise, may be taken as evidence, by family court under provisions of Family courts act. For any specific query you may contact me
