am I and my son entitled for Maintenance?

me and my husband do not stay together we are separated. i have a kid. are we entitled for maintenance and how much? is my son entitled for the Property of his father and his his grandparents.

you are separated by the court or by stay with consent without any divorce in that you can go maintenance or if you are go with mutual consent separation in that you have right the particular in maintenance in it if it you can claim otherwise not. if you are no child at the time of separation in that you can also for maintenance

You are definitely entitled to maintenance. The amount however depends on your and your husband's income. If the child is out of the current wedlock and is still a minor then he would also be entitled to the same.

Your son would have a share on any property inherited by his father. I am assuming that Hindu law would apply to you.

you have right of maintenance and your son have right of maintenance if he is minor, unsound mind, or disable. your son have all the rights in the ancestral property of his father and grandfather. i advice you to file suit for partition on behalf of your son and application for maintenance in the court.
