Already married and want to marry other married lady what can i do

Iam hindu man and married to a muslim women and we are still living with each other without kids for 7 years but we dont have any sex as on date where my wife doesnt like it. However before marriage i loved one girl as she married and having kids. on 2016 we have met again and she is unhappy with married life. Presently we like to live each other and we requwst you to kindly help us for the procedure to get marry without adultry 470 ipc case ?
