After marriage there are everyday clashes with husband how to divorce

I am Hindu girl and had an arya samaj registered marriage with a Hindu boy 3 months back, now I want to have divorce from him as we are having clashes everyday due to which we are unable to run our relationship. I tried hard to sustain the relationship but it didn't work. Can you please suggest me the way to get divorce easily and in less time. Is it possible to get mutual divorce in 3 months of marriage.
Easiest and fastest way for divorce is mutual consent, but for that, there is a statutory waiting period, which cannot be over looked. But I will still suggest that you go for that, as it is hassle free

Yes u can divorce . But proceedings is long because when u apply for divorce have to live separately at least six month
Then u will go for second motion apeal and u will get divorce
But I suggest u pls save u marriage . Every marriage has ups and down .three months are too early to take decisions
Before divorce every court provides u mediation in which they will try to convince u to save ur marriage but still u want than they proceed for decree
But if u want divorce than u have to live separately at least one year
Then u will go for second motion apeal and u will get divorce

Mutual consent is not possible before one year of marriage.
You have to file a petition U/s 13(1a) against the boy/husband for cruelty in matrimonial relationship. It may take some time to get decree of divorce if the husband is not willing to.
