After divorce should I pay my husband 50% of kolkata flat?

My husband has2 house in USA and 1 flat at Kolkata which is jointly with me. After divorce shoul I pay him 50% of kolkata flat?
This is very difficult to answer, if you have that much of money then as a part of settlement, you settle the matter and pay the money for Kolkata flat.
