498a case filed by wife but contradictory statement given in cross

sir meri wife ne 498a file kiya tha. Cross me usne kaha ki usne DED regular ki hai madhya pradesh se but usne classes attend nahin ki, sirf exam dene jati thi, aisa usne khud cross me kaha hai. Sir kya uske upper 340 ki application lagyi ja sakti hai. main uski ded cancel karana chata hun. Kya uske upper koi forgery se DED karne ka case ho sakta hai aur kya uski DED cancel ho sakti hai.. Uske iss admission ka mere 498a mein kya advantage muzhe mil sakta hai.Kya Bhopal board se uski attendence RTI se ya kisi aur tarike se mil sakti hai...pls guide me
You can't advantage of the fraud if committed by your wife .Both are different case and you will not advantage of that .As for case related to 498a ,it's a special section introduced for protection of the women's in matrimonial cases ,whereas forgery is totally different .If any further query ,you are free to contact ,always welcome !!

Sir, it is advisable that instead of cancellation of D. Ed certificate, you should focus on moving a petition under section 340cr.p.c. as and when you are going to get the attendance of your wife from the college, college would give you the response that she had attended 75% attendance as they have awarded her degree. And the college would never let its image down.
