There are 8 accused including husband. .. complaint made by the girl in Pune... and accused residing in different places as 2 in Mumbai and rest in indore... police has put all 8 names in chargesheet as we hAve cone to know from sources. Dosent the court issues summons to call all accused when the chargesheet is presented in court... please let me know as to do we need to give 8 different person to give surety or one a or two can give for all 8 accused.
If names of 8 accused in charge sheet in that case all persons needs to furnished separate surety. But let us show your copy of charge sheet along with statement recorded by police u/s 161 Cr.P. C.

The court shall issue summons to all 8 accused. You do not need 8 sureties. One or two sureties may stand for all 8 accused. But the sureties should be sufficiently solvent for that purpose. Court may also require that the sureties should be locals of Pune (however Hon'ble SC has decided that such requirement is not legal, but be prepared for that). Rest depends upon the specific orders of court in that behalf.

A single surety cannot give security for bail on the same document more than once. If he has another document for security which he never used for any security purpose and which is free from any kind of bond, than it can be used for giving a fresh security for another accused.
