3 years of live in relationship now I feel like he is cheating

I am in a relationship with a guy for 7 to 8 years and 3 years for live in relationship. He promised to marry me now i believe he is cheating me. What action can i take against him? He gave in writing in women cell to agree to marry. What to do now?
Obtaining the consent of a woman to have sex on the promise to get married is an offence of rape under Indian law. However, instead of pursuing such a harsh course of action you may approach the courts as recently the supreme court has ruled that persons in live in relationships would be presumed to be married.
