Plz tell me I don't want divorce what can I do
no one can compel you to give divorce , one can only get divorce before 1 year if the divorce is given consented by both the parties only and if either of the party dont want divorce than it should be minimum 1 years of time period to marriage to file the contested divorce petition which the other person have to defend . the grounds for divorce is mentioned in section 13 of hindu marriage act.
