What legal action can uncle take if I misuse with his email account

I know the email password of my uncle. Because i had created his email and password in the past. now we are in a propert dispute. I have logged in his rediffmail , he is aware of this what legal action can he take against me, and how can i defend.
You have committed unauthorised access. I will need to know the full facts of your case and details of what you logged in and accessed in order to advice you further. He can file a cyber crime complaint of unauthorised access against you along with case for compensation of upto Rs. 1 crore before adjudicating officer.
