What happens if police does not arrest the accused

I am antonithinjoy I applied online job in Canada Rutimalawatson asked to pay 34,600 so I paid to Rutimalawatson from canadabank to bank of baroda kuvempunagar branch mysore. Now I find he is a cheated me so I blocked his account .manager in bank of baroda say if you bring court order I return the transfer amount. So I registered a fir under section 420 . 1) what want to do to get court order? 2)if police not arrested the accused whether my case come to court?
Hi, You need to approach court to send summon to branch manager asking for clarification on the money you paid to accused. You need to attach the FIR details/Bank details along with your petition. Then the court would release summon to accused/manager. Based on counter, the court may issue an order.
