Unfair trade practices conducted through website now website is closed

Hello Team, I want to complain against website of real estate marketing company and website of Real estate Builder. based on the information available on there website i contacted them and invested in the property,but now both website is closed or shut down by them. how can i complain through legal channel in india through the way cyber crime ?

You may file a complaint in Cyber Appellate Tribunal (CAT) for website related issue. You may also file a petition before the district court of your jurisdiction for committing fraud, against the real estate company and also make a written complain to the Hon'ble Chief Minister of your state elaborating all the details of the facts. If no action is being taken within a reasonable time, then you may file a request application under Right to Information Act asking for the lawful actions taken against your written complain to the Hon'ble Chief Minister.
