To prevent my wife's ex from publishing compromising pictures on Net

Recently my wife told me about her ex. She met this boy who hail from Delhi via a matrimony portal and after a sometime (2 months) they decided to get married. Everything was fixed but at the final moment the boy calls off the marriage saying that she was Mangalik. During their short term relationship, she sent a few of her compromising pictures to him. When they broke-up, the boy assures her that he had deleted all of her pictures. So far nothing bad happened. Please suggest me if I need to take any preventive measure to prevent him from posting them to Internet in future.
