What punishment is available for uploading obscene video on social media?
The person shall be punished on first conviction with simple or rigorous imprisonment for a term extending up to two years, and with fine extending up to two thousand rupees, and in the event of subsequent convictions, with simple or rigorous imprisonment for a term extending up to five years, and also with fine extending up to five thousand rupees.
