Person took money for MLM now not returning it, how to recover?

Dear Sir, One of my office clique ,he was asking me now we are start a bussiness on short amount ,i also doing this bussines so now you also join now ,i belived on him ,then i put amount ₹120000 ,but when i met his senior then i know its not a bussiness its marketing chain(Q Net) , After day i said to him please return my amount then he we cant give you . So please kindly sujest what i do
