online shopping fraud. how to get the money back

there is this online shopping website called universe shoppe. they called me and said you ve won the 2nd prize from our website and the prize is hyundai i10 car.they tricked me into paying 2499 rupees and again tricked into paying 20000 rupees. after the payment of money they again demanded for 85000 rupees.then I realised it was a fraud.thankfully I ve the bank details where I had transformed the money and I even have their contact number.what is the process about catching these fraudulant and hopefully getting my money back judicially?
Contact the cyber cell at the commissioners office , and they will accept your complaint to arrest and procure your money. the action needs to be taken ASAP before the Culprits run and scatter away. Incase u need any legal help feel free to contact me,
