Need advice on legality of website

I make a e-commerce website and I want to sell clone phones on my site it is legal or not
Such products infringe the intellectual property rights (IPRs) of those companies who manufacture and sell original products. Selling clone phones will be illegal. Indian IP Laws prohibits doing so and made such act punishable with imprisonment/fine or both.

All e -commerce platforms are govern by certain law both international and national ,there is world body like WIPO and internet service providers with that information technology act of 2000 ,taking all together website could be launched otherwise you might land in legal problems, with that selling clone phone is itself infringement of law .

Counterfeits are illegal, therefore, my advice to you would be to avoid selling or offering for sale these clone phones. In case you get caught, there is a likelihood of imprisonment, fine and confiscation of the said goods.
