Making a fake profile and Posting obscene pics on fb and tinder

Hello, My ex boyfriend posted some very disturbing and obscene pictures of mine in facebook and tinder fake profile made under different name which now he has deleted. My neighbors have already seen it and sent pictures to me asking who is doing. it is so embarrassing and has affected me mentally. He has confessed the crime of which I have recording and also he threatens every now and then to kill himself. Please advise me on what to do, what step to take since I don't know what more he can do in future, whether he still has my pictures or has shared with his friends. I don't feel myself safe and suspect that he can do anything to harm me. My biggest concern is that I don't want my parents to know anyhow
You need to file a police complaint in a police station, which is near to your place or meet police commissioner with a written complaint against your ex BF. Sometimes they take complaint and counsel and give a warning and make him delete all pictures or they will register a FIR under various section of IT Act 2000 and under Indian Penal Code.
It's not possible to hide this complaint from parents and society, once a complaint is filed matter goes to court and documents become public. If you hesitate to file a complaint now, then he might misuse these kind of pictures in future and also trap other innocent girls and may victimize for his whims and desires. So do not hesitate and complaint to police.
The evidence which you have against him will land him in jail.
